In reply to your letter of the 3rd. instant No. 3968/1906 which we received today, no mention was made of Hunghom Inland Lot No. 218 in the Memorial of the Hongkong and Whampoa Dock Co., Ltd., es such Memorial is only confined to such properti- -es in respect of which new Crow Leases are being sought. The exist -ing Crown Lease of Hunghom Inland Lot No. 218 is for a period of 999 years.
